Shipping/Returns/Exchange

SHIPPING: All orders are mailed using USPS a tracking number is emailed to the provided email during checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. You will need to contact your local post office to file a dispute with them. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE: Most orders are made to order unless otherwise listed as a ready to ship piece. We do not except any returns or exchanges for hygienic purposes. However if the processing time has NOT exceeded the 8-10 week processing time and you are requesting a refund, you will only be refunded 50% due to fabric/materials already purchased to create your order. By purchasing you are agreeing to everything listed above.

Each item listed has an estimated shipping date, most custom, made to order pieces have a processing time from 8-10 weeks. We do it keep stock of fabrics on hand since we are a small business. How our process works: 1. A new order is placed 2. Fabric is ordered (every Friday) wait time for custom printed fabric is 4-5 weeks (could take longer due to shipping delays) 3. As soon as fabric arrives your order is cut and sewn up. I do not have a team of people working for me, it’s just me a single pair of hands working as quickly and as efficiently as I can 💗 I appreciate all the support and love you all continue to show my small company.
